Meditation is one of the oldest techniques to meditate abnormal illness of human body. Meditation as old as human life begins on earth. Our acharya, sadhus and saints wrote some kind of books, a novel also on it. Gautam Buddha was one of them who innovated and thought the meditation as on of the three rules of Buddhism.

In history of India we can see many example of meditation that make a human body very strong and preserve from illness. ”Duryodhana” the warrior from kaurav side in “Mahabharata” was able to live under water is a one of the example of it.

What is meditation:-

Actually meditation is the process of concentrate the mind on positive things. in more clear word it is the technique to make our mind empty. In today’s Environment we can see much more stress and tension around a human being and many king of illness are due to this kind of stress and tension. It leads to very dangerous illness like paralysis, brain tumor etc. so people need to relax and piece in their mind and it could be done by meditation.

Meditation study:

Many people learn and study meditation for relax and calm. But many other people study meditation to get the truth of soul and to get spiritual enlighten. To study Meditation a person should be fit and dedicated to learn. Timing punctuality is the key to study meditation. For beginners the steps to learn or study meditation are as follows-

1. Find a peaceful environment for early morning.
2. Sit on a plain place like on floor and earth.
3. Fold lags on one another like traditional sitting of Hindus.
4. Put both wrists of hands on one another at center and upon the folded lags.
5. Close eyes and try to concentrate softly on a thing about three feet away.
6. Take a deep breath and leave it slowly.
7. During this process a mantra could be read or listen, a candle flame could be used for concentrate the Mind.

After this kind of practice A positive energy will fill up into our body and our mind will work creatively on any kind of work.

2. Avoid Stealing: – Stealing represents the harmful activity .it causes a person to get unhappy and helpless.

3. Avoid Misusing Sex: – Misusing of sex reduces the valuable energy of human body. So to utilize this energy on other important work avoid this one.

4. Avoid Lying: – Lying represents the weakness of the person and fraud with another one.

5. Avoid using intoxicant:- This thing courses our body to fall in illness. “Pure minds live in pure Body” .so avoid these things to get pure mind.
