Diwali is the Hindu festival of lights. The festival of diwali is celebrated on the occasion of victory of goodness over badness. The festival of diwali is the oldest festival of India than the other festival.

It is celebrated by the people in the joy of victory of lord Rama over the demon Ravan. In south India it is celebrated in the joy of victory of lord Krishna over the Narkasura. It is the festival of lights, on this occasion people lights the lamps places them in the all house. On this occasion people distributes sweets and cards to their relatives.

On the occasion people uses firecrackers to show their joy. But now days on the festival uses of firecrackers create so much air pollution. In India on this occasion mostly children enjoy with the firecrackers but we can imagine how much it effects our environment through noise and air pollution. For the safety of our environment we have to discourage the use of firecrackers on this festival. We have to enjoy the festival by the greetings and love to each other. We should avoid the noisy things to create beautiful environment. Our government should also

create some new rules and regulation to avoid the use of the firecrackers on the occasion of Diwali festival.
