The festival of diwali is the greatest and much known name of the festival in India. Mainly this festival celebrates by crores of Hindus in all over the world.

Diwali Pooja Tradition:

Diwali is the festival of brightness among all over communities. This is the best season for all people who celebrate it for the joy and take new regulation for their future life. It is the five days festival. On this occasion people meets, contribute gifts, sweets and many more items to celebrate and make it special.

According to the Ramayan the great epic of the Hindu religion this is the festival of the joy in respect of The Lord Rama, on this day Rama returns to the Ayodhya after won The Lankapati Ravan the great demon of the history. On the festival there are many traditional activities done by the people, Diwali pooja is the one of them.

Diwali pooja should be done through a special process according to the mythological story of Ramayana. On this day people prays to the goddess of wealth “Lakshmi” for success and peaceful life.

There is a following process of diwali pooja to celebrate this festival with it main purpose.

1) Items require to done this process are: beetle leaves, kanku, deities of Ganesha and Laxmi, agarbatis, mala, flowers, sweets and fresh fruits etc.

2) For the Laxmi poojan or Diwali poojan we have to clean our pooja room for this purpose.

3) Bath the deities of both Ganesha and Laxmi and prepare them for the pooja.

4) Offere sweets and beetle leaves to the deities with singing a traditional diwali poojan song.

5) After diwali poojan lights diyas and establish them various palces of the home for make an environment of joy.

Diwali is the celebration of victory, so people have to enjoy it and make themselves as a victory hero against the problems and critical condition of their life.
