Diwali Story of When God Ram Returns to Ayodhya :
The festival of Diwali is a most respectable festival of India. Diwali is a day on which Lord Rama return back to Ayodhya after his fourteen year exile. According to great Indian epic Ramayana Lord Rama killed lankapati Rawan who was kidnapped his wife sita. After destroyed the empire of Rawan the Lord Rama returns back to Ayodhya after twenty days.
While Lord Rama was returning to Ayodhaya he was retune towards South to North, so Diwali celebrated in South India one day before. Diwali is a celebration which is celebrated from BC 5000 years when Lord Rama comes back.
On Diwali night people decorated their homes with rows of lamps and candles. This is a time of celebration of victory of good over evil. At Diwali people make themselves ready for worship of Ganesha and Goddess Laxmi for peace, health and wealth. Diwali is a day also marks as a day of joy and brightness.
People enjoy with fireworks and give blessings to their relatives and friends. People give sweets to relatives and friends to make their relations strong with good wishes for future life.
