This Onam festival is celebrated in month of august. It is celebrated 4 to 10 days. During this festival people sung-song and dance and they organize special boat race on the water. Hundred’s of People participate in special boat races and they win prizes.
It is very big and interesting competition of kerala. People use snake boat during the boat races. It is the different size of boats. This boats like a snake(snake boat), Its very large and long, It is carry about 150 oarsmen at a time. It is so excitement and entertainment races. People cab enjoy them very much.
