Sri Kalahasti Temple the dakshin kailash, it is the only shrine of the god of wind (Pawan Devta) in India. Sri Kalahasti Temple is dedicated to Lord Siva and located at Chittoor District of Andhra Pradesh India.
The temple was constructed in the 12th century by the Chol king Rajarajendra. The shiv ling of this temple represents Vayu lingam. This Sri Kalahasti Temple festival is celebrated by hindu people in the months of February March. festival goes over thirteen days.
A very big numbers of devotees come to this temple during festival and they worship Lord Shiva here and get blessings. they wish for good future and health.
