Vallarpadam Perunnal Church:
St.Mary which is a patron of the church is called as name of “Vallarpadath Amma” here by many of devotees. Ernakulam church was established in 1676 and it is too beautiful because of it’s location, architecture and view. It is said that she helps to fishermen and sailors from danger in the water. every day many of worshiper come here to offer prayers.
Vallarpadam Perunnal is celebrated annually and this celebration goes for over seven days. the annual festival celebrated in the September month here. A fair is organised here at the time of this festival. many attractive boats and crafts items are sold here during the fair. many of visitors come to join this Fair. one can reach here by Cochin which is the nearest airport.
