World Scout Day is the day to re affirms of the previous joining promises among all of the members of a Scout Group. It is the day dedicated to the founder of Scouting named Robert Baden-Powell. The day of 22nd of the month of February is fixed to celebrate World Scout Day. Some of the Girls Scouts or Girls Guide and some of the Boys Scouts also chosen this day of 22nd February to celebrate World are thinking Day. In India Scouting was founded as a part of the scout association in the year of 1909.

After Independence the government of India made national group of scout named Bharat Scouts and Guides. The major aim of scouting is to contribute in the education of youths and make them prepare to handle various difficulties of life and also motivate them to be as a contributor for welfare of the society. Now day the group of scouts is performing very well to build right individuals for country. Scouts groups are becoming major part of educational system of India.

Scouts group are the major parts of our educational system to motivate the younger for dedication towards country. Most of the countries are initiating those types of group social activities among students for their individual development. Most of the countries celebrate scouts day for initiate this well purpose for students.

World Scout Day In Year 2012 : 22 February

In India the scout day has its importance for youth because it is the country of most of the younger. There is a day fixed to motivate this type of social activities. World Scout Day will be held on 22  February in year 2012.
