youngest Prime Minister of India. He was the younger son of Firoz Gandhi and grate Indira Gandhi. He done his high education from Cambridge University and become a professional pilot of Indian airlines.

Rajiv Gandhi came in politics after death of his elder brother Sanjay Gandhi in year 1980 and become the Prime Minister of India after death of his Mother Indira Gandhi. He had worked for Indian poor people. He was in favor of growth and development. He also wants to spread out the telecommunication in India. He was in against of a terrorist organization of Shrilanka named Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam which is called as LITTE.

In year 1989 his party was defeat in election of this year because of Boforce Scandal which reduces his image of honesty and dedication for country. In 1991 he was killed by the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam of Shri Lanka. He was also awarded as a Bharat Ratna. Rajiv Gandhi Punyatithi is the day when he was died and this is organizes as a day to remember the first youngest prime minister of India.
