Shri Krishna Janmashtami is one of the most auspicious celebrations of India as a festival of Lord Krishna. Lord Krishna had born as on the eighth day of dark fortnight of the month of Shrawan according the Hindu calendar.

He had born as the son of king Vasudeva and Devaki in Mathura city. Lord Krishna also known as the name of Gopal, Murlidhar, Gukaldev and other names. He had born on the day of ‘Rohini’ Nakshatram. Shri Krishna Janmashtami is a most important festival in the country of India.

Shri Krishna Janmashtami celebrated with a great joy and enthusiasm in all around the country of India. This is the birth day celebration of lord Krishna and celebrated at mid night on various temples of lord Krishna with a great pleasure by the people. Nathdwara and Kankroli are the famous places for this festival. In Nathdwara there is a famous temple of Shrinath ji and in Kankaroli (approx 17km for from Nathdwara) there is a temple of Shri Dwarkadhish ji and most popular for Shri Krishna Janmashtami festival. Both of the deities are form of lord Krishna.
