Teacher’s day is a dedication to our teachers who are the guiders of our life. Without a great or good direction of a teacher an intelligent boy or girl might be not achieve his or her destiny or goal of life. A teacher is a like a lamp of a building which is giving lights to the people who are traveling in an ocean in dark night. A good teacher can prepare children in direction of development of the country and for the welfare of the society.  In India Teachers Day is celebrated to giving a salute to the great personality of India as a teacher named Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. He was famous for his teaching style and giving lessons to students.

Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was not only a teacher but he was a first Vice-President of India and also was the second President of India. To honored this great individual of India the birth date of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was declared to celebrate as the Teachers day in India. The date of 5th September is declared as Teachers day of India. 5th of September is also celebrate as teachers day in most of countries In the world.
