In 1621, Pilgrim Colonists and the people of Wampanoag held a great dinner, in the remembrance of that feast Thanksgiving Day is celebrated. When George Washington became a President of the America in 1789, he declared a holiday on the last Thursday of November month.

On the Thanksgiving Day occasion, people takes a lavish meals with their family and dear ones. People thanks to their beloved person and they offered gifts to family members and their neighbors.

Thanksgiving Day was declared by George Washington on the last Thursday of November month in 1789. After that, in 1941 United States Congressional had officially declared the fourth Thursday of November month as a holiday. It is celebrated in the memory of Pilgrims first feast.

A most important movement and a tradition of The Thanksgiving Day is a family feast. People prayers to God for good things in life. People gives thanks to their cherish ones for their love.
